Training partners

Run a training organization?
Become an Authorized Training Partner

IICTP does not sell training. Independent academies, bootcamps and universities teach candidates for our exams under a licence. We are collecting expressions of interest while the partner programme is set up.

  • Vendor-neutral standard
  • Exam kept separate from training
  • Public credential registry

Who does what

You teach. IICTP certifies.

The split is the point: the people who set and mark the exam do not sell the course, and the people who sell the course do not mark the exam.

Your organization

  • Designs and delivers the course
  • Sets its own training fees
  • Uses IICTP marks only as the licence allows

IICTP

  • Publishes the syllabus and exam blueprint
  • Runs the exam and issues the credential
  • Keeps the public registry that employers check

How it is planned to work

Four steps to becoming a partner.

This is the planned process. Terms, fees and timing are agreed in the licence, and we will confirm them with you directly.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your organization

Who you teach, which credentials you would prepare people for, and how you deliver.

    Send your details
  2. 02

    We review your curriculum

We check it against the TPBOK™ syllabus for the credentials you want to cover.

    Read the syllabus
  3. 03

    Sign the licence

The licence sets how you list, market and use IICTP marks.

    See the mark rules
  4. 04

    Teach and be listed

Your learners sit the IICTP exam; you appear as a partner once you are approved.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Ask us directly
Does IICTP run training itself?
No. IICTP sets the standard and runs the exams. Independent partners teach. This keeps the exam separate from anyone who sells the course.
Do I need to be a partner for my learners to sit an exam?
No. Candidates can prepare in any way they choose. Some credentials ask for a number of training hours, so a partner course is one way to meet that. Check each credential page for its requirements.
Who pays for the exam?
Candidates register for the exam with IICTP. Partners set their own training fees, which are separate from the exam fee.
Is there a partner directory yet?
Not yet. The programme is being set up, so we are collecting expressions of interest. We will not list a partner before it is approved.
What can I say about being a partner?
Only what the licence allows, once you are approved. Until then, please do not describe your organization as an IICTP partner. See the mark rules.
